To submit a membership application, fill out the form below, or print out the membership form and submit it to the club.

We emailed out the renewal forms to as many members (who have supplied us with an email address) as possible. There will also be blank forms available at the club at the desk.

Your membership payment for 2026 is due by October 31, 2025. Any payments received after that date must include a $50.00 late fee. The gate codes will be changed on or after November 1^st of 2025.

Has any of your personal information changed over the last year? If so, please fill in the space provided on the following page. A current email address will allow the club to notify you promptly of range closures or upcoming events.

You can also renew your CCFR membership on your own or through another organization that you belong to.

NOTE: All membership expire on the 31st day of October annually. Family membership includes children up to 18 years only.

PLEDGE: I promise to uphold the rules of conduct and good sportsmanship of the Oxford Sportsman’s Club. I also understand that the club is for the use of the members only. A guest may accompany me, but after three visits, will be expected to purchase a Membership.

All members at OSC are required to be members of CCFR for insurance purposes. If you pay CCFR through another club or on your own the CCFR portion of your dues can be deducted as follows: SINGLE (deduct $40), FAMILY (deduct $60)
